TERMS & CONDITIONS

TRAVEL ADVISORY : All passengers flying to Mumbai, Maharashtra from Delhi, Rajasthan, Goa and Gujarat, will now have to compulsorily undergo RT PCR test before boarding flights (dt. 23/11/20).

 

Passenger Obligation for arriving at Goa:

  1. It is thereby clarified that, COVID negative certificate shall mean RT-PCR/ TrueNat/ CBNAAT, Rapid Antigen Test or any other test as approved by ICMR. 
  2. Fully vaccinated passengers who have completed 15 days after the second dose are permitted to enter in Goa. However they need to possess the vaccination certificate with them on arrival.

  • Web check in is compulsory on selective chargeable seats.
  • Arogya Setu app, Face Mask, and keep the social distancing need to be take care through the trip. Thermal check-in will be taken at various spots from airport/railway/bus to Hotel/restaurant and all remaining tourist spots to assure the safety protocol on covid.
  • Original document is required such as Adharcard, Voter ID card or license for airport & hotel check in.

 

EXCLUSION

  • Convince fee (non refundable): One time non-refundable convince fee of INR 300/- per person will be applicable additional on your overall package cost.
  • Payment gateway fee: As per RBI current norms 1.8% on total amount will be applicable as payment getaway fee on all form of online transition on additionexpect BHIM/UPI.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Unique Trip Maker. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:-

  • Convince fee/Payment gateway charged by Bank sector is always non-refundable and does not consider under the tour cost.
  • Apart from Cancellation slabs, 10% of the total amount will be charged extra as files charges if any guest cancels their trip before the cancellation period.
  • Above policy does not cover the terms & conditions of Intermediaries party such as Travel Triangle, Tripod, and Hello Travel etc. In such case, customer need to contact this company directly for their cancellation policy which will be applicable additional.
  • Cancellation policy for Train/Bus/Flight/ or Special service such as entrance fees of boat cruise/monument’s ticket will follow the cancellation policy of their own.
  • For the Diwali, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is completely non-refundable and non-shift able.
  • Under the circumstances of postponing the tour services for any reason, the total costing may not guarantee to remain the same and may increase or decrease as per season of that particular destination and availability of Hotel & transportation. After postponing the tour package it will be completely nonrefundable and non-cancellable.
  • Only written application will be accepted for cancelling any existence travel package/service, same can be mailed at operation@uniquetripmaker.com

 

POSTPONE POLICY

  • Postpone: – In case of postpone or preponing the trip, we advise the traveler to inform us on written at-least 30 days prior to their arrival to avoid any rejection on the same, as there a window period of changes that a hotelier or other vendors allow, the same must be taken care by traveler itself. Any changes/cancellation or modification in the booking within 15 days of travel will not be consider as valid as per the norms of policy, however end decision will be of vendors only in this situation. Once the Trip get postpone/prepone and revised hotel voucher get generated no further cancellation/postpone/prepone request will be consider. If customer wish to postpone or prepond his/her trip

 

PAYMENT POLICY

  • PAYMENT – For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid at least 14 days prior to your date of departure from your city/country. Unique trip maker hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
  • INSTALLMENT TERMS – Installment dates specified as per communication between client and the sales person of the tour package, client must be aware and shall check all the installments dates before making the initial payment, once the invoice is generated installment dates will strictly follow by the client. In case of payment delay, traveler must need to inform their sales person or mail at operation@uniquetripmaker.com and must get approval for the same in-order to avoid any inconvenience in tour package. Fail to make payment within given time frame will attract late payment charge of 1% of total package cost per day or result termination of complete tour service, and paid amount will be forfeited as cancellation charge and no refund will be given.

 

HOTEL POLICY

  • EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK –OUT – Please note that standard check-in time in most hotels is 1400 Hrs. (IND) and checkout is 1000-1100 Hrs (IND). Therefore, cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room. You need to carry original Adharcard/voter ID card/driving license/passport of all passengers along with hotel voucher in-order to get check-in.
  • ROOM UPGRADATION – Customer/client must be well aware of room type and its size well before making any payment for the travel package, any upgradation of room during stay will be chargeable extra as per hotel policy and same depends upon hotel’s availability. We advise customer to pririorly inform us for any such request (30 Days before the check-in) to avoid any last minute inconvenience.
  • ROOM ALLOTMENT – Customer/client must be well aware of room type and its size well before making any payment for the travel package, any upgradation of room during stay will be chargeable extra as per hotel policy and same depends upon hotel’s availability. We advise customer to pririorly inform us for any such request (30 Days before the check-in) to avoid any last minute inconvenience.
  • DAMANGE TOWARD PROPERTY – Hotel reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying the damage, there will be no role of travel agent if such thing happens between guest & hotelier.
  • SECURITY: Most of 4* & 5* Property takes refundable security deposited amount for 1 or 2 night during check-in, which latter adjustable against additional service consumed during the stay at the property. 

 

VEHICAL POLICY

  • EXTRA USES OF OUR VEHICLE – Please note that cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
  • ALTERNATIVE ARRANGMENT OF VEHICAL – In case of vehicle breakdown during sightseeing’s/transfers, we will try to arrange an alternative cab which may result delay in schedule, in such circumstances client cost of additional vehicle will remain the same.
  • TRANSFERS –During the transfers cab will remain in-service for 02:00 Hrs per transfer, and on the bases of traffic conditions & airline policies cab will be provided 03:00/04:00 Hrs before the departure time, no additional sightseeing or extra service during the transfer will be given unless or otherwise specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • CAB ON DESPOSABLE BASIS – Cab with driver for 24 Hrs will be provided on their specific tariff chart which included Cab, petrol, driver, night charges, allowance etc. 1 both way transfer will be provided during complete journey, running of cab will be premises under same state only, limitation of cab will be 200 KM per day.

 

FLIGHT POLICY

  • Flights booked on this website are governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare you purchased and are determined by the Airline (not Unique Trip Maker).
  • In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Airline charges or part or full cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare.
  • Cancellation/time or schedule change by the carrier against any particular issued air ticket will be carrier’s responsibility for providing any alternative options or compensation (not Unique Trip Maker’s responsibility). Hence, Unique Trip Maker will not liable to pay any compensation regarding this. As of now due to Covid-19 most airline are frequently changing their departure & arrival time or cancellation happing in some cases due to operational or Covid-19 reason, hence customer must be prepare him/her self to bear the additional cost of any on the spot flight booking.
  • Please note web check in is chargeable and customer is required to do the web-check at his/her own cost at least 48hrs before departure.

 

AMENDMENT FEES:

Any amendments made to confirmed bookings will incur a fee. INR 1000/- per person will be charge as unique trip maker’s service fee against your package modification, this charge is addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier such as Hotelier/Cab/activity vendor or airline due to seasonality, availability etc. 

 

OUR LIABILITY

Unique Trip Maker accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability. The company does not own or control hotels, coach or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour therefore, we cannot be held liable.

  • All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general wellbeing.
  • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programed or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
  • We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
  • Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers.
  • Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
  • Room services, in-house appliances, out-door activities, electric cattle, TV, sofa, glass, bed sheet, plate, chair and all the other equipment & services which are under control of property’s premises. Any damage or miss-handling to those items will attract fine or damage charges which will be directly payable to property, there will be no responsibility of travel agent or commission agent to provide any compensation or relief over this charges imposed by hotel.
  • All the disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
  • Any claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
  • In Hill Destinations Room Heater are charged on extra basis.
  • Itinerary will not be changed once your tour will start, if you want us to make any changes in the Itinerary then you have to intimate us before 15 days of your journey, charges may applicable.
  • The trips are subject to delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or bus cancelled due to unavoidable reason. Under such circumstances unique trip maker will make alternate arrangements of travel for breakdown or for cancelled Bus as soon as possible which may be different from the committed vehicle or committed bus.
  • In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotel mentioned, we shell provide alternative hotels of similar category.
  • Suggested Hotels/Resorts in the tour package caters all veg & non-veg customer, in case of special preference of vegetarian resort or veg/jain/sikh/kosher/Low lactose/sea food meals, customer shall advise/highlight the same to the sales person before finalizing the package. Once the hotel voucher gets uploaded, no change request will be consider in the same package cost.
